What to make?

Ruth has now laid 6 eggs in 6 days. I can’t decide what recipe would be best to highlight these fresher-than-I’ve-ever-eaten eggs! Any thoughts?

      oh, now that IS a good idea… i love pickled eggs! maybe once ilse starts laying and we have more of them available.
